Code Park is a software development agency based in Dubai, UAE. We provide:

• Custom web and application development
• eCommerce solutions
• AI integration and automation
• Payment gateway integration
• SEO services

Each project will be governed by a separate contract or agreement that outlines:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Timelines and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality policies

Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit is required before work commences
• Invoicing is done according to agreed milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• We accept bank transfer and credit cards

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of all deliverables specified in the project contract is transferred to the client. Code Park retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Code Park shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
