Payment Structure

Our projects typically follow a milestone-based payment structure:

  • Initial Deposit: Paid before work commences
  • Milestone Payments: Paid upon completion of defined project phases
  • Final Payment: Paid upon project delivery and approval

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined based on project stage:

  • Before Work Begins: Full deposit refund available if project is cancelled before work begins
  • During Development: Partial refund based on work completed. A detailed breakdown will be provided
  • After Delivery: Refunds are not available once final deliverables have been approved

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email us at hello@code-park.com
  • Include your project number or contract reference
  • Provide the reason for your refund request
  • Attach any relevant documentation

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding services or payments:

  • We will first attempt to resolve the issue amicably
  • Third-party mediation may be engaged if needed
  • Final resort is arbitration under UAE law

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Work completed according to agreed specifications
  • Delays due to client unresponsiveness or approval delays
  • Scope changes requested after development begins
  • Third-party services (hosting, domains, licenses)

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
