Payment Structure
Our projects typically follow a milestone-based payment structure:
- Initial Deposit: Paid before work commences
- Milestone Payments: Paid upon completion of defined project phases
- Final Payment: Paid upon project delivery and approval
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined based on project stage:
- Before Work Begins: Full deposit refund available if project is cancelled before work begins
- During Development: Partial refund based on work completed. A detailed breakdown will be provided
- After Delivery: Refunds are not available once final deliverables have been approved
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at hello@code-park.com
- Include your project number or contract reference
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Attach any relevant documentation
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute regarding services or payments:
- We will first attempt to resolve the issue amicably
- Third-party mediation may be engaged if needed
- Final resort is arbitration under UAE law
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- Work completed according to agreed specifications
- Delays due to client unresponsiveness or approval delays
- Scope changes requested after development begins
- Third-party services (hosting, domains, licenses)
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
